Bad Saarow hospital is located in a conservation area about 70km southeast of Berlin, where more than 126,000 patients are treated there each year. Specialists treat patients across a variety of disciplines, especially within interdisciplinary centres. Helios Klinikum Bad Saarow hospital has a capacity of 585 beds, across 17 clinics, two institutes, a central emergency room and a central laboratory.

Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch is one of the largest and most modern hospitals in the region. Each year more than 52,000 inpatients and more than 144,000 outpatients are treated in interdisciplinary centres such as at the breast centre, bowel centre, perinatal centre, the stroke unit and at the Chest Pain Unit. The clinic is triple certified by the German Cancer Society as an oncological centre and by the German Diabetes Society.

Helios Klinikum Erfurt features 1,300 beds, and is the largest hospital in the region. With more than 30 specialist areas, ranging from general surgery to the care centre for burnt children in Thuringia, the hospital offers all-round care for people from Erfurt and the surrounding areas. Furthermore, the Helios Klinikum Erfurt is a maximum care hospital,  also functioning as the academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital Jena.

Helios Klinikum Hildesheim has a capacity of 566 beds, and is the largest Helios hospital in the region of Lower Saxony. Each year, around 26,000 inpatients and 76,000 outpatients are cared for here. At the hospital, experts work together in a variety of certified centres such as the breast center, colon, and skin centres. In addition, Helios Klinikum Hildesheim is the academic teaching hospital of Hannover University of Applied Sciences.

The Helios Klinikum Krefeld is a modern hospital on the Lower Rhine and offers patients almost the entire spectrum of medicine in 28 departments ranging from the obesity centre to urology. With a capacity of 1000 beds, the hospital treats around 50,000 inpatients and 7,500 outpatients a year. In 2018, the Helios Klinikum Krefeld was included in the Focus Clinic list for its specialized clinics in vascular surgery, obstetrics and breast cancer.

The Helios St. Elisabeth Clinic in Oberhausen is full of history and tradition. The clinic was founded in 1864 as the first hospital of the town of Oberhausen and has since developed into a modern healthcare facility. The hospital caters to its patients in around 30 specialist areas and centres, from obesity surgery to the centre for pain therapy. In total, about 200 beds are available for both inpatient and outpatients.

The DKD Helios Klinik in Wiesbaden was founded in the 70s and modelled after the Mayo Clinic in Rochester (Minnesota, USA) as a clinic for diagnostics. Due to interdisciplinary cooperation of the 24 departments, health care is another important focus of the clinic. The diagnostic focus has been expanded in recent years to include the surgical spectrum in the field of endocrine surgery, coloproctology, hernia surgery and shunt surgery. In total there are 138 beds for inpatients and another 60 beds for day care patients.
