Overview
CONTEXT
The last six months, many hospitals have been preparing for the expected intake of COVID-19 patients with considerable effort and commitment. Moreover, doctors and nursing staff from other areas will also rotate to intensive care and require preparation. In cooperation with the Clinic for Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine (KAI) of the University Hospital of Bonn, EDU has recorded seven modules on COVID-19 in intensive care.
The original training was held at KAI on March 25, 2020 and provides answers to central questions regarding the treatment of Coronavirus patients in intensive care units. Please note that the training took place in the early stages of COVID-19 and that more recent research is not included in the course content.
